Your Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Senior Consultant
As our new SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects and support that matter. You’ll guide clients through the full journey – from understanding their needs, to design, configuration, testing, and beyond. You’ll be the expert they rely on, showing how SuccessFactors can make HR smoother and smarter.
You’ll work on projects and support that span countries and industries, with clients who are eager to transform the way they work. Some days you’ll be deep in configuration, other days you’ll be holding customer meetings and workshops, and sometimes you’ll be celebrating go-live with the team. No two days are quite the same.
What You’ll Do:
- Be handling SuccessFactors-related queries and developments within your area of expertise.
- Patricipate in implementations and provide support for Employee Central and Onboarding modules, with opportunities to expand into other areas based on your expertise.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors projects—from discovery and design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction by building holistic, well-integrated solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with new releases and proactively suggesting improvements.
Who You Are
You’re curious about people and passionate about HR technology. You’ve already delivered SuccessFactors projects and know what it takes to turn complex challenges into simple, effective solutions. You enjoy working closely with clients, and you thrive when things move fast. Most of all, you’re eager to keep learning and growing while sharing your knowledge with others.
Your skills and qualifications:
You’re certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and you’ve worked with Onboarding or other modules as well.
- You have hands-on experience in implementation projects, especially in Employee Central and Onboarding.
- You understand HR processes and how technology can make them better.
- You’re a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with both clients and colleagues.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You have an educational background in HR, Tech/IT, Business Administration, or a similar field.
