Customer Success Manager in our Customer Excellence department
In our customer quality center, Sariba Customer Excellence, there is a high level of activity, and we are therefore looking for you who love to build relationships with customers. We are looking for you who thrives best when you have full control, who likes to get things done and who have a good knowledge in HR and use of SAP SuccessFactors.
This position is linked to our office in Stockholm.
What is Sariba Customer Excellence?

This means that when our project department has delivered sparkling solutions, we at Customer Excellence are ready to receive both the customer and the customer's solution for further maintenance and further development. Our most important task is to ensure that our customers' solutions are up-to-date, and as good as they can possibly be.
What Does a CSM Do?
A Customer Success Manager in Sariba has a central, rich and important role in our Customer Excellence department. As a CSM, it is your job to be your customers' professional advisor. You must therefore keep up to date with changes that are happening, both those that come from the authorities, but also those that come from SAP. With this as a backdrop, you give your customers advice and guidance on the way forward. In addition, our CSMs have enough technical expertise to be able to make changes to at least one module in either SAP HR or SAP SuccessFactors. It is therefore important that they are comfortable at the intersection of the academic and the technical.
We can, hand on heart, say that CSM is an exciting role to have. It is a versatile job and one of the most important roles we have in Sariba to ensure our principle of "Customer for Life"

To be even more specific; these are some of the tasks you will be given as a CSM in Sariba
- You will be a professional advisor to your customers
- You'll lead client meetings for your clients, including annual status meetings
- You initiate and follow up on improvement projects for your customers
- You see your customers' needs against Sariba's product portfolio
- Documentation of work performed is a matter of course
- Follow-up and approval of hours recorded with your customers
- Time reporting to customers
- You will contribute to further developing processes in Customer Excellence
- You will lead internal customer teams
- You process and complete change requests from customers
- You process and correct error messages from customers
- You handle support cases via SAP CRM's service tools
- You will also participate in/lead projects

Who are you
- Experienced HR employees with a strong generalist (strategic and operational) background.
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP Success Factors Employee Central
- Strong business acumen coupled with equally strong leadership and influencing abilities.
- The ability to think strategically and operationally makes things happen in a context where multiple stakeholders are involved.
- Experience of navigating and building strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Education: University degree (long experience can compensate)
- Certified in Success Factors Employee Central (long experience can compensate)
- Languages: Fluent Swedish and English
